New Recipe From Up North Nosh: Air Fryer Turkey Burgers

Hello Reader,

I put a poll up on Instagram asking which recipe you wanted to see this week, and Air Fryer Turkey Burgers was the winner!

I have included a few different air fryer recommendations if you don't own one, or are in the market for something new. They also make GREAT wedding gifts as we approach bridal shower and wedding season.

Some of my favorite side dish recipes to serve with turkey burgers are included as well...

Air Fryer Turkey Burgers

Air Fryer Turkey Burgers might just be your new favorite “go-to” meal on busy weeknights!

Air frying them keeps them nice and juicy, plus they come together with just a few simple ingredients, and cook in under 15 minutes, so they are perfect when you need something quick, healthy, and kid-approved for dinner.

6-Qt Digital Air Fryer w/ Window (and so much more)

Why I like it:

It's a larger size (6 quarts), so you can easily cook 4 pieces of meat at a time. It has a window and a light so you can keep and eye on cooking process, without opening drawer and letting heat escape. It also has other cooking features besides air fry including: roast, broil, bake and dehydrate.

Non-Toxic (Teflon free) Air Fryer

Why I like it:

Teflon free air fryers are surging in popularity right now, and I am loving this one! It has a glass bowl so you can have a 360 degree view of your food while it cooks. It comes with a rotisserie attachment and a tumbling basket (great for cooking veggies). It's self cleaning, and comes in lots of fun, bright colors.

Best Space Saving Air Fryer

Why I like it:

This smaller scale (3 quart) air fryer, is a great solution for smaller kitchens, apartments or dorm rooms. I love the clean look of this one with minimal buttons and gold accents. It comes in black as well as several soft, pastel colors. (note: it also comes in a larger (6 quart) size as well.
